Our new customer, Vitablend, specializes in providing food fortification and protection solutions for human nutrition, animal nutrition, and personal care. With a highly complex production process and continuous company growth, Vitablend required further digitalization. Brighteye answered this need with an offer focusing on the long term, considering the customer's growth and ensuring a competitive advantage for many years to come.
Vitablend was looking to replace their outdated MES layer with one standard platform that requires minimal customization, has a package for future functionalities, and a multi-language user-centric application. The system also needed to be able to:
- Support quick product introductions
- Help guarantee errorless production
- Make extensive reporting on conformity possible
- Optimize production costs
- Avoid any form of waste
Brighteye can meet all these requirements with their standard Momentum MOM system without needing customization. We are planning a phased rollout of our entire MOM package to support Vitablend's needs fully. We're looking forward to working closely with Vitablend and completely unburdening them during and after the implementation of Momentum.
